I am a recent Master of Architecture (Strategic Design & Entrepreneurship) Graduate from the Royal Danish Academy and Copenhagen Business School - with a particular passion for sustainability, building innovation and interdisciplinary design processes.
For me, architecture is about solving issues that every person understands - inequality, health, social isolation, pollution, urbanisation, the kinds of things that affect our daily life. To acknowledge the powerful potential of architecture to alter the lives of everyday people is to acknowledge also our incredible responsibility as designers.
I have a particular interest in combining both creativity, strategic and technical thinking in order to create an architecture that promotes positive social, environmental and economic change. Receiving mentoring from MASS Design Group furthered my belief in the powerful potential for design to alter communities far beyond the realm of the built environment. My most recent internship was with Lendager Group, Copenhagen - specialising in sustainability, circular economy and material innovation. I have also received mentorship from Pritzker Prize winning architect, Glenn Murcutt.
I am originally from Australia, receiving a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (Distinction) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I am currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and am open to job opportunities both locally and internationally.
